
Prosciutto Pizza
Makes 1 large Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 Toscano Gluten Free Pizza Base
- 2-3 tablespoons passata sauce
- Handful of rocket leaves
- 6 slices of fresh prosciutto
- 25g shaved Parmesan
- Extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 230 C.
- Evenly spread passata sauce across the pizza.
- Remove pizza from the oven and top with Prosciutto, rocket and shaved parmesan.
- Drizzle with Extra Virgin olive oil.
- Enjoy!
