- 1 pack of Toscano Choc Chips Brioches Rolls
- 8 Rashers of Bacon (your preferred style)
- Preheat oven to 200 °C
- Place a sheet of baking paper on an oven tray and lay the bacon on top
- Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until the bacon is really crispy
- Drain on paper towels.
- Slice Brioche rolls in half and cover evenly with Nutella
- Place drained bacon on top of Nutella
