  • 1 pack of Toscano Choc Chips Brioches Rolls
  • 8 Rashers of Bacon (your preferred style)
  • Nutella


  1. Preheat oven to 200 °C
  2. Place a sheet of baking paper on an oven tray and lay the bacon on top
  3. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until the bacon is really crispy
  4. Drain on paper towels.
  5. Slice Brioche rolls in half and cover evenly with Nutella
  6. Place drained bacon on top of Nutella
  7. Enjoy!
