Peach & Ricotta Brioche Rolls
Makes 8 rolls
- 1 pack of Toscano Milk & Honey Brioche Rolls
- 2 plump peaches each cut into 8 slices
- 300g ricotta
- Honey to drizzle
- Fresh basil leaves
- Slice brioche rolls in half and cover evenly with ricotta.
- Place two slices of fresh peaches on each brioche roll.
- Drizzle with honey. Top with fresh basil.
TIP: Try grilling peaches for extra flavour, simply butter your peach slices, sprinkle with sugar and place in the grill for about 10 minutes.
