Peach & Ricotta Brioche Rolls

Makes 8 rolls


  • 1 pack of Toscano Milk & Honey Brioche Rolls
  • 2 plump peaches each cut into 8 slices
  • 300g ricotta
  • Honey to drizzle
  • Fresh basil leaves


  1. Slice brioche rolls in half and cover evenly with ricotta.
  2. Place two slices of fresh peaches on each brioche roll.
  3. Drizzle with honey. Top with fresh basil.

TIP: Try grilling peaches for extra flavour, simply butter your peach slices, sprinkle with sugar and place in the grill for about 10 minutes.
