Prosciutto Pizza

Makes 1 large Pizza


  • 1 Toscano Gluten Free Pizza Base
  • 2-3 tablespoons passata sauce
  • Handful of rocket leaves
  • 6 slices of fresh prosciutto
  • 25g shaved Parmesan
  • Extra virgin olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 230 C.
  2. Evenly spread passata sauce across the pizza.
  3. Remove pizza from the oven and top with Prosciutto, rocket and shaved parmesan.
  4. Drizzle with Extra Virgin olive oil.
  5. Enjoy!
